After regular business hours, you can reach on-call assistance at 1.888.477.HOME (4663). You can call to get help anytime you have a question. You may call us to ask about benefits and services, to get help with referrals, to replace a lost ID card, or ask about any change that might affect you or your family’s benefits.
We offer free sessions to explain our health plan and how we can best help you. It’s a great time for you to ask questions and meet other members. If you’d like to come to one of the sessions, call us to find a time and place that are best for you.
If you do not speak English, we can help. It’s important to us that you know how to use your health care plan, and receive the best care and service possible. Just call us and we will use any one of a number of resources available to communicate with you in your own language. We will also help you find a PCP (Primary Care Provider) who can serve you in your language.
For people with disabilities: If you use a wheelchair, or are blind, or have trouble hearing or understanding, call us if you need extra help.
